The DemoGo Screen Capture tool creates copies of html pages as screens for use in demos. These screens can then have interactive elements added to them, which will guide the user through the demo, highlighting the relevant features on each screen.
When opened, the Screen Capture tool will load the URL entered during the creation of the Project. This screen can be captured by clicking on the Shutter icon at the bottom of the browser, or by using the Capture keyboard shortcut (CTRL + SHIFT + S). Additional screens can be captured by navigating to them in the Screen Capture browser in the same way as you would when using a regular web browser, before clicking the Capture button again.
Once all of the required web pages have been captured, clicking ‘Done’ will reopen the Project Library. From here, the project can be opened using the ‘Edit’ button to begin to add interactivity to the demo.
Lazy Loading
Since the Screen Capture tool operates in the same way as a standalone browser, any sections of a web page that are lazy loaded (don’t load until the page is scrolled down) will have to be loaded before they can be captured. To ensure that you are capturing the whole page in cases of lazy-loading, scroll the page that you are capturing down to the point where you can see the elements.
